Summer 2020 Roll Overs & Refunds

We have made changes to our refund policy in order to take care of our camp families. Currently enrolled families can choose from the options below for each of their campers.

Option 1: Keep my current enrollment. We will adjust weeks and tuition accordingly. You will always have the cancellation options below so there is no risk to staying enrolled.

Option 2: Request to add second session. Any campers enrolled during the first session may request to add additional weeks during second session. Week changes will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis as age and group availability allows.

Option 3: Cancel and roll over paid tuition to 2021. By rolling over tuition, you will lock in our 2020 full price tuition plan for 2021. Additionally, we will credit you 10% of the total money rolled over to be used or refunded in 2021.

Option 4: Cancel and roll over paid deposits ($1000 per camper) to 2021. By rolling over your deposit, you will lock in our 2020 full price tuition plan for 2021. Additionally, we will credit you 5% of the deposit money rolled over to be used or refunded in 2021.

Option 5: Cancel and receive a full refund as cash flow allows. We promise that refunding you is a priority. We will do this as quickly as possible and will begin processing refunds once the camp season concludes. As a small business, our relationship with our families is the cornerstone of our success.

(1) Week changes processed on a first come, first serve basis as age and group availability allows.

(2) 2021 Dates TBD – deposits and tuition are fully refundable until January 15th. Tuition less deposits refundable after January 15th. The 5% or 10% incentive credits will be refunded or credited in August 2021.
