Picture Day & Balloon Lift-Off

WEEK ONE SPECIAL EVENT

Banner campers have had a busy first week of camp. We have been dealing with some cooler days and filling them with exciting events. Friday is our first special event with Banner’s Picture Day and traditional Balloon Lift-Off!

• Junior and Senior campers should wear their traditional white Banner t-shirts.
• Tween campers should wear their gold Tween Banner t-shirts.

Campers will be swimming (hopefully weather permitting) in the afternoon after their pictures and participating in fun camp activities with their groups.

Balloon Lift-Off will be the final activity of the day – with an all camp assembly in the pavilion, specialty counselors will deliver each camper a helium filled balloon and the entire camp will gather on the front field to release the balloons and send everyone’s wishes into the sky. We are looking forward to celebrating Banner’s 55th Balloon Lift-Off event as one of the long standing special event traditions!
