We take great pride in our staff. Our counselors are carefully selected
for their maturity, enthusiasm, and commitment to children. Through
extensive ongoing staff development, orientation, trainings and workshops,
Banner staff realize the importance of their leadership, being a positive
role model and shaping the camper's experience. Our staff helps build
each camper's self esteem while teaching skills in a safe and nurturing
environment.
At Banner Day Camp, counselors are our most treasured resource. Their
love and energy create the Banner Spirit.

There are a variety of positions at camp.
Group and roving counselors work with a specific age group of campers,
assisting in all daily activities, lunch, and swimming.
Junior Camp (3 years through completion of Kindergarten)
Senior Camp (Completion of first through third grade)
Tween Camp (Completion of fourth through sixth grade)
Specialty counselors work daily in their area of expertise and passion,
instructing skills and leading campers in some of the activities listed
below. Specialty areas at Banner are staffed with highly skilled and
talented individuals.
