Banner's extraordinary staff is made up of committed, well-trained counselors, many of whom return year after year. In fact, many of our counselors and staff were once Banner campers.

At the start of each season, new and returning counselors and staff participate in an intense week-long orientation, as well as ongoing child-centered education throughout the summer.

Perhaps most important, our low camper-to-counselor ratio -- one staff member for every 3 or 4 campers -- assures that each child will receive personal attention, nurturing, and encouragement every single day.

In order to be eligible for a position at Banner Day Camp, you must be available for all of the below dates. The program and campers rely on 100% attendance by each staff member everyday.
