They turn up the fun guiding campers through engaging fine arts activities. Banner’s beautiful grounds are an inspiring setting to embrace the arts and develop talents. As they enjoy imaginative play, sing and dance to the latest hits or create an artistic masterpiece, campers express themselves each day of camp. 

Younger campers enjoy an extensive program of creative play and fine arts. These activities foster growth and socialization. Enthusiastic counselors and specialists set up opportunities for imaginative play throughout the day. Campers love to play pretend games at Bannerville, our idyllic village of cobblestone sidewalks and playhouses. At Banner’s shaded playgrounds and sand play areas, campers test their skills and learn cooperation and teamwork. Campers join in fine arts activities led by talented specialty staff. Campers gain inspiration and express individuality through arts and crafts, creative movement, and creative play. Professional musicians lead campers in sing-alongs. Counselors and Leadership Team members make storytelling come alive. At Camper Follies, Banner Beginnings and Junior Campers sing, dance and strut their stuff on stage.

Seniors and Tweens have so many ways to be a superstar at Banner! During Senior Camper’s Choice and Tween Clubs, campers choose from a wide variety of arts activities. Campers broaden horizons and discover new talents as they create arts and crafts projects, learn dance routines and sing with professional musicians. There are many opportunities to showcase skills and build confidence on the Banner stages. Campers love performing songs and dances around camp and at the Bannerama. Groups who choose may participate in Camper Follies, a fabulous singing and dancing show. Senior campers enjoy fine arts activities with their groups and during Camper's Choice. Tweens who choose to participate in fine arts do so during Tween Clubs. For Tweens who love the spotlight, Tween Clubs take performance opportunities to the next level. Campers who choose the Musical Theater Club or Camp Rock Club perform in the Banner musical or join the Banner rock band. Tweens who join these clubs gain expert instruction by professional actors, dancers and musicians. They also enjoy taking the stage during a special camp performance.
