Grouping Guidelines

Your request may not be accommodated if received after February 24.

· Each camper may request one or two friends of the same grade level and gender with whom to be grouped.
· You are guaranteed at least one of your requests.
· If one camper is most important, you should list only that camper.
· Mutual requests are more likely to be honored.
· Groups are not created according to previous summers. If you need a camper’s name from a previous group, call the camp office at 847.295.4900.
· Groups are limited to approximately four campers from each school.
· We will not be able to be accommodate requests that are intentionally strung together (i.e. Sam requests Charlie, Charlie requests Tyler, Tyler requests Ari, etc.). Instead, choose mutual requests.
· Call the camp office for assistance in spelling names correctly.
· Grouping is subject to change up until camp begins.
