Staff Meetings Pre-Camp

STAFF MEETINGS — Camp is just around the corner!

A few reminders for this week, we have a lot of meetings for various staff and need you to attend. Please read through the list and mark your calendars. It is important to be here on time and ready to go. Allow time for traffic and parking please. We are so excited to have you all a part of the Banner Team this summer!

Orientation Team Leaders…Monday, June 8 OTL Meeting at 3 pm

All Returning Staff…Monday, June 8 Returning Staff meeting  4:30 to 5:30 pm

 Singers…Wednesday, June 10 Singers Meeting/Audition at 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm

New Staff…Thursday, June 11 New Staff Meeting 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Drivers…Friday, June 12 Driver Orientation 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (drive routes afterwards)

Orientation week: June 15 – June 19

8:00 am breakfast – 8:45 am and promptly start at 9:00 am until 4:30* ending times may vary

TRAINING:

You would already have received an email to confirm you will need to attend if you are placed at the pool, lake or high ropes. If you have not received notification, you do not need to attend.

Pool/Lake Lifeguarding Certification Class at the Banner Pools Monday – Friday June 8 – 12 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

High Ropes Training Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
